I wonder if he would take Marty Mornhinweg with him? Marty deserves another chance to be a head coach & he would do great with Luck

Can you guys give us your opinion of him?

I’ve really never heard of him. His drafts seem to have been solid – I love me some Shady McCoy. Anything else you can shed some light on for us poor Colts fans who are watching a complete blow-up of the team we once knew? :-)

I don’t know much about him but apparently this is a huge loss for the Eagles. He should be a fine GM.

But I think we all crucify Andy for drafts a bit too much. The Eagles have seemed strong to me the past couple of years on personnel, and come free agent time, we’ve made some things happen. If he was a big part of that, as I suspect he must’ve been, this is a loss. Any holes in the organization or uncertainty going into this off season is a loss anyway, IMO.

If Mornhinweg follows Grigson to Indy...

should we go after Brian Schottenheimer? I know the Jets had a lousy offense this season, but I think the issues go far beyond Brian’s work for them. Plus Brian would probably use Shady well since he loves to run the ball.

The new OC will be a guy from the WCO I don’t think Brian ran one with the Jets, if Marty leaves I think it’s Culley or Chilly

please PLEASE take marty and all his running from passing formations (spread draws, delays) with you. Yes, we have scored more points with him than Chilly, but Chilly didnt have two of the most explosive WR’s in the league nor did he have Shady Nasty or Starship 7. I feel this guy is a great Pregame planner but as far as in-game calling HE SUCKS. The redzone offensive calls still are questionable, plus it seems unless we connect on a long pass we can’t get Desean into the offense.

Except

For when Mccoy would get crushed in the back field or tried to cutback the other way and lose 3-5 yards. Alot of the times the plays “Worked” because shady made them work cutting back or juking a defender that should have made the tackle.
