There’s always a Revis picked at No. 16 who ends up being better than 13 of the guys picked ahead of him … Better to go sooner, of course, but it guarantees nothing.

If you look at the draft value chart (which is followed closely in trades… if you draft 16th, you’d have to trade all 7 picks to get the 6th pick that we had a few weeks ago.,
So yes this is a big deal.
And with how bad the EAgles have looked today, would a 3 point win over the Redskins really feel better than losing?
But you can’t tell a team to lay down and lose. And there is no guarentee that the 6th pick will be better than the 16th.

I really wish they would use all three top-45 picks this year. They have been building a young core for a while now and it’s not so young anymore. Now we don’t need bodies so much as we need a couple impact guys to push this group over the top.
We can debate this ad naseaum all offseason but the last thing I want to see is a trade back for some low round picks that take three years to develop. For once, we need the help ASAP

Well, the best possible outcome- Eagles played well and got some things to take into next year. And there was no serious injuries,
But its sucks to end without playoffs.

Eagles have blown out all their opponents since Vick came back. Let’s hope they can enter next season with momentum.
I would love to have spags. Andy won’t pull the trigger if he is available. Juan has been a loyal employee and us 8-8, winning 4 in a row…There will be no coaching changes. The big thing that can change is bringing in a FA linebacker, trade or draft. DJ is the other big issue.

You don’t even have to go back far to see that Andy is unpredictable as f&%*% when it comes to whether or not he’ll make a move. How you can profess to know is amazing.
