Yeah me too
This whole segment he was clearly trying to “be different” to stand out alongside Herm Edwards’s socks.
I usually enjoy him, but this was not his best work. It’s like one of the higher-ups got to him and said “be more like Salisbury.”

well he might be right
9 catches for 8 yards. I would hardly call that torching though.

Yeah
the catches prediction didn’t bother me, but he lost me at “tears apart.”
Bish please. If he gets nine catches, it’s because we decided that’s what’s going to hurt us the least. I understand none of the three corners primarily played the slot before (also his reasoning) but it’s not like they’ve moving to tackle.

LOL
I was about to make the same comment. We’re going to get gashed for almost 30 yards by stud WR Danny Amendola.

under 9
all day. Over 4.
Joe Banner is Evil Banners father. Kinda like Luke and Darth Vader.
Juan Castillo switching from the offensive line coach to Defensive coordinator is soooo dumb it might just work.
Our defense will not be a top 10 defense this year.

lol
lets go with 6 cause they wont let that last long if he does
and I would go with over on the 9 catches I have him with 10 for 47 yards
Has he ever torn up anybody’s secondary?

No because he is not far enough down the field.

I was listening to the Football Today podcast. They’re predicting we lose for a few reasons:
1. Continuity is a huge deal and our o-line has new guys, but the Rams have a re-vamped o-line. Re-vamped = good, new = bad, but re-vamped doesn’t = new?
2. The Rams don’t have a clear number 1 receiver so Nnamdi is just going to have to guess which receiver to blanket while their other receivers can run wild. I’ve never heard that not having a clear top WR is a good thing, and I’m pretty sure we have 2 other pro-bowl corners that will be more then able to handle the Rams scrubs.
3. Vick’s going to be dealing with the Rams pass rush all day and we’re screwed. Meanwhile Bradford’s going to picking flowers in a field while our weak defensive line that has no interest in pass rushing makes him a picnic. Both teams are facing a pass rush and I’d much rather be facing the one the Rams have.

The “upset alert” stuff has gone too far. They’re even drinking the kool-aid at turf show times, claiming that nobody can stop their WRs if Bradford can throw a perfect pass. Yeah, if any QB throws perfect passes then it’s pretty hard to stop them, but I’m pretty sure our superstar corners can stop their island of misfit receivers.
