ATLANTA - SEPTEMBER 18: Jeremy Maclin #18 of the Philadelphia Eagles dives in for a touchdown against the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome on September 18, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. (Photo by Scott Cunningham/Getty Images)
One thing we neglected to do in the aftermath of the Eagles loss to the Falcons was to award a gameball. So let's not forget to give someone his due. Here's my three candidates.
Jeremy Maclin - Set career high with 13 catches for 171 yards and two TDs... however, there was that drop which was obviously not significant.
LeSean McCoy - 95 yards rushing, 21 yards through the air and 2 TDs
Trent Cole - Only had one sack, but was an absolute terror on almost every snap. By the time the second half started, Falcons tackle Sam Baker had basically just given up.
