Stud linebacker Lance Briggs has requested a trade from the Bears do we make the move?

The negatives are that he is 30 years old, cant tell how much longer he will keep up his production and contract demands and holdouts/trade requests seem to be a habit of his.  3 years ago he had gripes over his contract held out and eventually got his 6 year deal worth 36 million.  His deal was front loaded so now he is requesting more money since he is making 3.56 this year 3.67 next and 6.25 in 2013.

He plays WLB in the same defense we seem to be moving towards (Tampa 2), with him at WLB we can move Chaney to MLB where he shined towards the end of last season and the plus is that it doesn't force us to HAVE to rely on a rookie to produce in year one and let Casey develop like a normal rookie should.

So what do you think trade a few draft picks and maybe Joselio Hanson for Lance Briggs or leave the linebacker core as is right now for the whole season?
