Pretty much I go like this.. Mon/Thurs are upper body. Tues/Fri are lower body.
Upper I just do bench, incline, shoulders, back, then do bicep curls and triceps.
Lower I do squats, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, calfs.
Then on Wednesday or Saturday I’ll go do core.. and each day I do 5 sets of sit ups each set is 1 min 30 sec.

No. I actually play football for 3 hours every Sunday,
then we play basketball every Wednesday, Friday and some Mondays..
My Cardio is done when I play sports because running on the treadmill for an hour each time I work out doesn’t do nearly as much as playing BBall for 3 hours 3 times a week and playing football a minimum of 3hrs a week.
Also when I work out, I only rest 45sec between each set, I have a watch and it counts down, once it hits 0 I’m going again except on my last week of my Max cycle.. You don’t know how much that gets your heart rate going.

I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10.
Things I would have changed : Swizz Beatz should never, ever be heard on a track, more beats by Kanye (I thought N*#$@! in Paris was the worst beat by far), and I wish there was an additional song or two that showcased Jay and Kanye’s past rather than how rich they are now.

Old Eminem had an amazing flow. Now it's not nearly as good in my opinion.
And yeah, Blackstar and Lupe (despite his Atlantic Records fiasco) are both incredible.

Yeah, they’ve totally changed their style over the past few years. They used to be more punk-rock a la Fallout Boy, and they’ve definitely developed more of a pop sound now. I like their early stuff for what it is, but the new album sounds like it’s gonna be killer. I’ve heard a few tracks off of it, and they’re all totally different but equally listen-able. In Florida there’s the bright futures. Which is you have all the requirements there’s 2 tiers the 75% (which is actually 70%) of the tuition and 100% (which is actually 90%) of the tuition.
I have the 75%, but because I’m going to a community college it covers 100% of my tuition, so it really covers 90% of my tuition.
Then because my family just bought a business and my mom doesn’t pull a paycheck and due to the economy my dad’s making 40% of what he did before that first major recession I get the pell grant which is 4400-5200 a year (for Community colleges) and since I don’t have to pay that back I take the full pell grant and spend maybe 300-400 out of it on my books and the last bit of tuition… And the rest of it I pocket.
I haven’t taken any loans out yet, but I am this year so I can try and upgrade my car, I want to get a really nice mustang and the interest rates on the school loans are much less than what I can get at a dealership.

I tried to apply for a scholarship for my dad’s work, but a section of the form needed to be filled out by the University and some bitch at the office said that they don’t do that so I didn’t get shit. or drawing a picture… My friend does them all the time and they have some easy $200-500 scholarships but he gets 2-3 a month and he’s fucking set man. If I spent as much time doing the shit he’s doing as I do on BGN I’d be racking in thousands.

Its where you take a semester or two off to go work for some company in cahoots with the University. So you work there and get credits for it, while getting paid at the same time. The only thing (for me at least) is that you get no financial aid during that time, and have to pay for the credits.

And it is also limited to certain companies and areas, like the closest one for my major is Philly, which is pretty far. So I would have to pay for an apartment out of pocked, as well as food and credits.

Oh yeah that's right.
They have to take an extra year of class. I completely spaced on the whole co-op thing. I actually looked into that but the closest thing to my house is Philly, which is about 2 hrs away. Plus, I wouldn’t get any financial help from PSU while doing it.
