Keeping all 3 CBs might not work..

When I heard we got Nnamdi, it was as if Christmas had come early(especially considering the Vince Young acquisition(something I've wanted desperately since the Titans decided to move on.)).   Shortly after the Nnamdi news began talk of trading Asante Samuel, which would kind of make the Nnamdi signing more like a lateral move.  Initially, I was very much against the idea of trading away Asante, and I quickly convinced myself that they should keep all three stellar CBs.  I would love to keep all three, and I actually thought they might for while.  I was thinking DRC could play nickel back and also Safety due to his size which would allow all 3 to get a significant amount of playing time.   After listening to Asantes recent interview and hearing Ron Jaworski's thoughts, it doesn't seem very realistic to me that they will keep them all.

Jaworski was saying that neither Samuel nor DRC is suited to play inside and none of them can really play safety.  Out of the three, Jaworski said Namdi would be best suited to play inside and could possible evolve into a Charles Woodson type of role, but who knows if he would be ok with that.

Listening to Asante, he seems agitated to say the least.  It seemed like it was very difficult for him to not lash out.  He held his tongue for the most part and he did say that he'll play where-ever he's asked to, but he was not happy.    As much as I'd like to see it, I don't think the Eagles will be able to keep all three of these guys happy.    When asked about his happiness, he said it was 50/50.

If Nnamdi would be willing to play some safety and some nickel back, they might be able to make it work.  I'm not sure if he'd be as effective in that type of role though.   The next best thing seemingly would be to trade Asante for a quality nickel back, LB, or OT and a draft pick.   Their secondary would still be improved, but I would miss Asante Samuel and his jaw dropping picks.    He was brought here to create turnovers and so far he has delivered.   He's been a great  Eagle.
