Andy Reid.  I'll say this point blank: his decision making has been questionable over the period of time I have watched him in Philadelphia. I think he's a above-avg coach (nice play maker) but I do not know if he has the leadership qualities (and vision) to put this team over-the-top.

The success or failure of this team will greatly fall on Andy Reid ability to take the pulse of the team and know which buttons to press and know how to make champions of them. I'm worried  because Andy Reid coached teams are often undisciplined and he acts like  too much of a fan. Already too many guys are running off at the mouth on this team.

I could list other things, but in general -- I think this season (barring injuries) will fall on Andy Reid's ability to establish a discipline and focus team. I have serious reservations about his ability to do so, along with reservations about many of his game plans and coaching decisions in big games. Along with his in house decision to promote an offensive line guy as their defensive guy? As well as, his tendency to flip-flop with players!?! (kolb vs vick thing)

IT'S TIME FOR ANDY REID TO PUT UP OR SHUT UP.
