in Hampton Roads. I live in 2nd story apartment, my girl just started feeding our 6 week old daughter and all of a sudden the glider rocking chair started moving back and forth and then the walls started moving. We have Navy aircraft flying right over us most days and it can shake the house, but this was straight rocking. Thought we were doomed!
