I have heard reports of the Eagles offering Jackson 5 mill a year and he turning it down. What is Jackson asking for? Hopefully I hope he is not asking to be the highest paid WR as he is not worth it. Paying Jackson more than 5-6mill a year would be highway robbery. Jackson Beats the top ten in YPC (22.5) and 1st dwn% (70.2% only Marquise Colston was higher at 74.4). He comes in 7th in Yards(1056, White is 1st with 1389). He comes in tied for 7th in TD's (6, Maclin, White, and Steve Johnson tied for 1st with 10). Now for the second most important statistic for a WR... FIRST DOWNS! Jackson is DEAD LAST in catches for first downs as a matter of fact he's tied for 50th place in catches for 1st downs. I am all for giving D-Jack a bigger payday but IMO he is not worth more than 5-6 mill a year and that would put him in the company of top 5 WR's in the game.
