A team official who’s involved in negotiations and contracts said a report by the Philadelphia Inquirer that the Eagles will not re-sign any of their unrestricted free agents is premature. "It’s just too early in the process to make all those decisions," he said. "Most of those decisions haven’t been made yet."

The Redskins have signed away 4-3 DT Barry Cofield from the Giants with a 6 year deal that includes $12.5 million in guaranteed money. He doesn't really seem to have the size to play nose tackle in the Redskins 3-4, which they already don't have the proper personnel for anyway.

We need to be done with Kolb, then move on to solving D-Jax contract all before Friday. Makes no sense that we are on day 2 and Kolb is still with us, while he should already be an afterthought

The Cowboys got a bargain there. I figured he’d be pulling down a $10m/yr contract where ever he signed. The Bucs were apparently taking a look at him, and could have easily afforded to over pay for him. Disappointed he’ll be staying in Dallas.
