The only thing that can ever stop Ward from smiling are female companions who call in their own cars as stolen because they forgot where they originally parked them, then not update the police after "finding" said car, only to be pulled over after a delightful night on the town ready for post-drinks coitus by cops who believe the car is still stolen. Poor guy.
