Before everyone calls me stupid for saying this I have two clues that point toward him. First, when JIBTA came back DSmith posted this

 That got me thinking and DJax10 acutally first said as a joke CNCITINFO. DSmith never responded. This wouldnt have meant anything but I was re-reading one of my all time favorite posts why Jeremy Maclyn isnt good and I wondered why CNCITINFO has stopped posting. So, after looking on his page somthing jumped out to me.

Huh, why would this guy who hasnt posted in 9 monthes come and rec most of DSmith works. 

BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON.

I think DSmith215 made CNCITINFO to have some fun and once CNCITINFO got completely killed stopped using that account and made some really great posts such as
