Prediction - In the few days after the NFL Draft concludes, everyone and their mother puts out draft grades for every team, but a brief description of every team.  Prepare to read the same garbage over and over - "With Ray Lewis and Ed Reed breathing down Jimmy Smith's neck, he'll straighten out his act and be a star." I don't buy that for a second.  You are who you are.  While a couple strong willed teammates are always great to have in the locker room, Jimmy Smith will only be a great player if Jimmy Smith can lay of the weed, alcohol, and purple drank.  Maybe he can, and I actually love the pick for Baltimore, but the assertion that he's going to quit drinking and smoking because he's on the same team as Ed Reed and Ray Lewis just seems silly to me.
