As I watched tape of Corey Liuget (a potential target for the Eagles), he looked to me like a guy that excelled in getting inside pressure on the QB. In the Chargers' 3-4 scheme, his strengths are somewhat wasted playing a 5-technique. The Skins are thinking Ryan Kerrigan can play 3-4 OLB - The Chargers must like Liuget as a 3-4 DE. I don't.
