Why Not Trade Down?

So we are all pretty much split on where to go with our first pick, its pretty obvious we have more then 1 hole to fill and with no free agency in sight i started to think, if we cant find a clear cut player for that 23rd pick why dont we trade down and get more picks on the middle of the draft?  I went and looked around to what teams have extra picks and which would work and I started crunching the numbers I used the Draft Value Chart for 2011 on Walter Football and I found a trade which would work out with the Broncos.   The eagles would give up the 23rd, 54th and 104th picks and we would receive the 36th, 46th and 67th.  If this were to happen the Eagles would move back  13 spots from round 1 to round 2 but in turn get 2 second round picks and 2 third rounders.

Overall Eagles Picks

Round 2 - 36

Round 2 - 46

Round 3 - 67

Round 3 - 85

Round 4 - 120

Round 5 - 149, 153

Round 7 - 229, 237, 240

I guess im wondering would you be happy with this move by the eagles to move back and get 2 solid players int he early second round or would you prefer to draft at 23 and wait until the 54th pick for our next move?
