My name is Donovan Dunbar and this is my first post on BGN. I have been reading it for several years now to get great Eagles information. I don't get much coverage of the Eagles down here in Oklahoma City, so I keep updated through BGN. Oklahoma City is mainly a god damn Dallas Cowboy city. It is so awful, especially when all the OU fans say "Texas Sucks and F*** Texas" all year round and some how they love a professional football team from the state of Texas. Makes no sense to me but it probably doesn't make sense to them that I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan either. Oh well, I'm not the hypocrite in this situation. Anyways, enough with my introduction. My question to everyone is, would a Kolb for Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie work for both sides? Obviously the Cards have a need for a QB and we have a need for a corner to start opposite of Asante. They get their QB and we get our corner. No draft picks are exchanged, so they keep their 5th overall pick and take Patrick Peterson or Prince Akamakura to replace him. It makes sense to me because QB is the most vital position in football and harder to replace than a CB(Obviously, look how the fared at the QB position after Warner retired). If I were them I would not want to wait for someone like Gabbert to develop when I could get Kolb and replace Rodgers-Cromartie with a pick this year. From our standpoint, I don't think there is anyone in this draft except maybe Fairley that could come in and make a splash like Rodgers-Cromartie for our D. Would we have to give more besides Kolb to get Rodgers-Cromartie? Would they have to give more to get Kolb besides Rodgers-Cromartie? I would love to hear what BGN thinks of this. Oh yeah, this all depends on the CBA and if we don't sign NA.
