Quick Mock

Philadelphia Eagles

However the Eagles choose to end the underwhelming 2011 campaign, roster changes are bound to occur. Heres a brief look at how I would like to see this team change-for better- for 2012.

Coaching:

Headcoach-Andy Reid remains

Offensive Coordinator- Todd Haley, a fiery guy who would not drastically change the offense in terms of play-calling, but bring a no-nonsense attitude, one needed regardless.

Defensive Coordinator- Jack del Rio, another inspirational guy who hopefully would be seeking a chance to redeem himself at a national level, just like the remainder of the defense, and with plenty of talent at hand, he could.

Free Agency Resignings/Cuts/Tenders: Steve Smith and Ronnie Brown go unsigned, Desean "Jackson" is tendered, and later traded to the "Jackson"ville Jaguars in return for thier first round pick, and OLB Daryl Smith, another sound addition to the defense.

Free Agency Acquisitions: Following a free agency in which the team acquired boat loads of talent at a heavy price, the Eagles are light, yet they do bring in a Strong Safety- Tyvon Branch- from the Oakland Raiders. Branch is a balanced player who would fit as a nice piece into the Eagles secondary, as he obviously has had experience with Asomugha, so continuity amoung the secondary would be possible.

Other Free Agent Acquistitons: WR Pierre Garcon

Draft: 1st Round Pick #5: (Jaguars) Matt Barkely- QB, USC.

1st Round Pick #11: Luke Kuechly-ILB, Boston College.

2nd Round Pick: Ronnell Lewis-OLB, Oklahoma

3rd Round Pick: Lamicheal James-RB, Oregon

Final Depth Chart: Remember this was a quick mock, hopefully one more in-depth can be made by myself when we know the outcome of this season.
