In the 60's and 70's when our country was in turmoil with protests over the war in Vietnam, Richard Nixon claimed that there was a "silent majority" who agreed with his policies. I see a parallel in the current situation with the Eagles and the fans. There are a few very vocal and articulate posters on this site who are constantly beating the drum loudly for Andy Reid to be fired. This loud drum beat and rhetoric like Andy Reid has "committed professional malpractice" make it seem like most fans want Andy Reid gone. I think there is a "silent majority" who disagree with the idea of firing Andy Reid. If you have read my comments over the last few weeks you can probably determine my opinion on this matter but I don't want to influence the poll by stating it here, I am just curious to see if there is a silent majority or if people are ready to move on.
