My argument is two fold:
Losing is bad. It can affect confidence. It may not be the difference between playoffs and not, but it could be. Or it could be between seeds.
These guys are playing for pride now. If they know the guy next to him will play even if meaningless, he’ll know that he’ll play hard when it matters.
They can go into next year, knowing that if they just played better early, they can make it. If they tank these games, they’ll go into next year not knowing about themselves or the guy next to them.
The other part is that draft picks between a few aren’t worth that much. In fact, between 16 and 45 they are all about the same. And its certainly not worth the chance of the above.

The LB’s are not built for the wide 9. It took Juan and wash like 5 or 6 weeks to make adjustments. Even then the D has been very inconsistent.
The first 5 game Eagles were giving up like 140+ yards rushing per game.
