Michael Vick, Jeremy Maclin Ruled Out For Thursday

Stay connected for news and updates

The Eagles have officially ruled out Michael Vick & Jeremy Maclin for Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will also miss the game and Moise Fokou was put on IR. This means Vince Young makes his third straight start. He was asked yesterday whether it was tough to prepare for a game with such a short turnaround?

"It's not really hard, I mean we're pros so guys have been through it [and] I've been through it down in Nashville; I think the guys said they played the Texans last year. So other guys have done it before. The only thing is the rookies, the young guys, I mean it's different for them but overall guys that have been here and played know how to adjust to it pretty good."

LeSean McCoy and Nnamdi Asomugha are listed as questionable. Andy Reid said yesterday that McCoy had a sprained toe. He went through the walkthrough portions of practice, but did not fully participate. He is expected to play.

As for Asomugha, he also went through the walk throughs and will be a game time decision. However, what his role will be won't be clear. It was fairly ridiculous last week when he was used only in certain packages and clearly did not seem up to speed.
