Bring the pressure to Eli manning. When he is under pressure he is sacked 26.1 most of the time, Yea i know its not that much but that is 6 in the top 10 of Passing Under Pressure - Sack Percentage.
Make the Giants 1 dimensional. Put Nnamdi on their best receiver which is Mario Manningham if the rest of the cornerbacks do good guarding the rest of the wide receiver. That will make the Giants have to run which they are not that good at. I know the eagles aren't good at stopping the run but with Bradshaw possibly not playing they would have Brandon Jacobs and D.J. Ware. Brandon Jacobs is only averaging 3.2 yards per carry which is .2 less then what D.J. Ware has been averaging this year.
The turnover battle. If you pick Eli off early in the game there will be more picks coming because once he has 2 or 3 passes picked off theres a switch in his head called keep on throwing the picks.

2. Let the eagles defense give you free easy points and yards in the fourth, while their offense doesn’t do shit

1. i don’t really understand this stat. he is sacked 26.1 pct of what time? when he is blitzed? 6 in the top 10 of passing under pressure? i’m not really sure what you’re saying…also where are these numbers from?
2. that’s not true, Manningham is maybe our 2nd best receiver, altho Cruz may have something to say about that. Nnamdi needs to blanket Nicks, have Asante cover Mario with safety help. and i guess Hanson on Cruz(assuming DRC doesn’t play) altho i’d take Cruz in that match up all day.
3. that is true, altho not this season. he hasn’t been making the throws he’s had in prior seasons.

Yeah the sack thing is.... I dunno.

To beat the Giants you do need to pressure, and sack Eli, no doubt.

We don’t stop the run very well so run one of the best backs in football at the defense early and often. Throw him screens, make Shaddy the focal point. No Boley in the middle for the Giants will be a problem.

Get a turnover at a critical time and or spot on the field.

Do something you haven’t been able to do all year. Keep your heads out of your asses and don’t turn the ball over, don’t drop the ball, and tackle somebody. Especially in the fourth quarter.

1) is not a good idea, Eli's very good when you bring pressure at him

At least disguise the blitz, overload it from one side. But if you bring pressure all day, he’ll eat you alive. Really the best way to play him is to rush 3 or 4 and drop a lot of guys into coverage.

2) Manningham is not their best WR, Hakeem Nicks is. Even so, Manningham and Cruz can be the #1 guy if you’re rolling coverage to one guy, its really impossible to focus on one of the WRs, Eli will spread it around

3) This is true. When Eli throws INTs even if they don’t cost any points, the Giants don’t win.

1) is terrible

Eli burned us on the blitz the first time we played him. He’s been excellent vs the blitz so far. We were able to contain them during the first matchup only rushing 4. Let’s keep doing that for the most part.
