LeSean McCoy has won his first ever NFC offensive player of the week award for his185 yard, 2 TD performance Sunday night against the Cowboys. I think we can all agree that it's pretty well deserved.
McCoy is also up for the NFL's FedEx Ground Player of The Week. Statistically and given the fact that he did what he did against the league's best run defense, he should win that award as well.
McCoy paced Philadelphia's decisive win with 185 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Gore ran for 134 yards and one touchdown, and Jackson led St. Louis to a surprising upset 31-21 New Orleans by carrying the ball 25 times for 159 yards and two scores.
