Cowboys @ Eagles Inactives
Inactive for Philly:
CB Curtis Marsh, S Jarrad Page, LB Keenan Clayton, OG Julian Vandervelde, OT Winston Justice, RB Dion Lewis and DE Phillip Hunt.
The mild surprises there are Lewis and Justice. Unclear who will return kicks. Will look for an answer here and report back.
[Note by JimmyK, 10/30/11 7:13 PM EDT ] - Per Jeff McLane, Dion Lewis was in a car crash this morning. He's OK, but sitting tonight.
[Note by JimmyK, 10/30/11 7:20 PM EDT ] - Ronnie Brown will return kicks tonight.
Brandon Graham has not yet been activated off the PUP list.
Inactive for Dallas:
DT Josh Brent, OG/C Kevin Kowalski, QB Stephen McGee, OG David Arkin, OG Daniel Loper, DE Clifton Geathers, and RB Felix Jones.
DE Jason Hatcher returns, and 2nd round pick LB Bruce Carter will make his debut.

Feeling on Lewis being inactive is for Brown is Brown is terrific in pass pro. Need him on 3rd down/passing situations.
Ronnie Brown, according to Jimmy. That was my guess, too.

It seems like the most logical option.

So… instead of Dion Lewis, let’s activate Kyle DeVan. Yeah.

Regarding Lewis being inactive:
Lewis was in a car accident this morning but is OK, #Eagles say. Wanted to rest him because he was shook up.
by PhiladelphiaEagles on Oct 30, 2011 7:11 PM EDT reply actions
Per AP:
PHILADELPHIA — Eagles running back Dion Lewis is inactive for Sunday night’s game against Dallas after he was involved in a minor car accident earlier in the day.
p>Lewis was a little shaken up, but was at the game. He served this season as Philadelphia’s kick returner and backup running back.
The Cowboys have three offensive lineman among the inactives, including guard Daniel Loper, center/guard Kevin Kowalski and guard David Arkin. Guard Derrick Dockery (leg) is active for the first time since the second week of the season.
Also inactive for the Eagles are CB Curtis Marsh, S Jarrad Page, LB Kennan Clayton, G Julian Vandervelde, T Winston Justice, and DE Philip Hunt. Quarterback Stephen McGee, RB Felix Jones, NT Josh Brent and DE Clifton Geathers also are inactive for Dallas.
Still waiting for the Eagles to Bring it Home for Jerome.

Random Question:
I have 64 points and Jackie Battle, Lesean McCoy, and Jason Witten left.
Opponent has 83 points and Jeremy Maclin.
Who wins?

… but I love that we’ve finally stuck Page on the bench. His performance on the field has been more of a negative than a positive for us (remember him blocking DRC on Turner’s big run?).

Nnamdi doesn’t strike me as a vocal-leader, I’d like to hear Jenkins give a pregame speech. It was funny hearing Asante trying to start a conversation with Nnamdi the whole time.
