Dear Reidtards
Dear Reidtards,
I completely and fully understand your hate of a coach who has won 128 games in his career. I too hate winning the division so you could imagine my pain seeing as the Eagles have won it 50% of the time in the last 12 years. I also hate putting our favorite players in harms way and having them play those pesky playoff games, you can imagine how miserable I’ve been during the 9 years we made them. Whenever I see DeSean Jackson talk about winning the Superbowl I scream at the TV screen "HEY STUPID! YOU COULD TEAR AN ACL! USE YOUR BRAIN!".
I also hate the fact that Andy Reid is SUCH A BORING COACH! Screw the fact that his teams have set franchise scoring records each of the past 3 years and that he consistently fields a winning team, we need a guy who will say fun things at a press conference. I mean look at these:
Wouldn’t you just love to have one of them as your coach? I know I would, they’re all so entertaining and such good football coaches! Who cares if you can go on youtube and watch a funny, entertaining coach until your heart is content? I don’t, I want that coach to be an Eagle because I want to take pride in the fact that the Eagles have an entertaining football coach!
And I want a coach who can manage the clock so efficiently that they never make mistakes when it comes to time management. Do I care if that coach doesn’t exist? Hell no I don’t, the Philadelphia Eagles need to make it happen. Do you know why? Because I’m a Philadelphia fucking Eagles fan, that’s why.
And I also hate that Andy Reid refuses to run the ball despite the desperate pleas of the fans. Unless we’re running a perfectly balanced offense, I will not be pleased. Who cares if the last 3 superbowls have been filled with teams who don’t run balanced offenses (% include sacks, QB runs as pass attempts)? I sure as hell don’t. The 2010 Steelers passed the ball 57% of the time… I don’t care. The 2010 Packers passed the ball 66% of the time… Whoop de frickin doo. The 2009 Saints passed the ball 58% of the time, the 2009 Colts passed the ball 67% of the time, but who gives a shit? The 2008 Cardinals passed the ball 68% of the time and the Steelers passed the ball 58% of the time but I don’t care. None of that matters to me though because I'm a Philadelphia fucking Eagles fan.
And you know what else? Andy Reid is fat, he actually resembles a giant walrus. Now you might be asking yourself why I’m bringing this up. Well, I just so happen to hate fat people with a passion. And a little known fact is that the fat tissue eats away at one’s frontal lobe, thus hindering one’s decision making and making them less of a football coach. He is so fat that if you melted him I’m sure you’d have enough cooking oil to power one of those hippy cars for the foreseeable future. I know, I know, a fat joke, who saw that coming? Well I’ll tell you what else you can see coming from a mile away, Andy Reid. Fat people suck.
I also understand you Reidtards when you cry out "ANDY REID WILL NEVER WIN US A SUPERBOWL!" and I totally feel empathy when people make fun of your intelligence because I know that you’re right. You’re right, it never, ever takes coaches a long time to win Superbowls. I mean look at Bill Cowher! And the fact that Andy Reid makes the playoffs 75% of the time (2nd highest in NFL history) only dampers the Eagles chances at a Superbowl.
Under Andy Reid the Eagles never bring in legitimate talent either. Who the hell knows how the Eagles are getting into the playoffs, Andy Reid can’t find legitimate talent for the team and he is a terrible coach. We’re getting to the playoffs on dumb luck and that is unacceptable. I would fire a coach who brings in Donovan McNabb, Jeff Garcia, Kevin Kolb, Michael Vick, Brian Westbrook, Corell Buckhalter, LeSean McCoy, Leonard Weaver, Jason Peters, Jon Runyan, Bobbie Williams, John Welbourn, Shawn Andrews, Jamaal Jackson, Hank Fraley, Brent Celek, DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant, Terrell Owens, Trent Cole, Hugh Douglas, Jevon Kearse, Darren Howard, Brandon Graham, Corey Simon, Darwin Walker, Mike Patterson, Brodrick Bunkley, Trevor Laws, Antonio Dixon, Carlos Emmons, Jeremiah Trotter, Takeo Spikes, Stewart Bradley, Sheldon Brown, Lito Sheppard, Asante Samuel, Michael Lewis, Quintin Mikell and David Akers. I would fire a coach who brought in that talent, why doesn’t Jeffrey Lurie? Oh that’s right, he is a greedy, cheap bastard who actually loves the Patriots and wants to torture Philadelphia.
Andy Reid CLEARLY doesn’t understand coaches either, he never brings in a good coach and we’re probably going to get stuck with some scrub defensive coordinator because Andy Reid is a moron. What kind of idiot would bring in Jim Johnson, Ron Rivera, Leslie Frazier, Steve Spagnuolo, Brad Childress, Pat Shurmer, Marty Morninwheg, Dick Jaroun, Bobby April, Jim Washburn, John Harbaugh and James Urban? What a moron. He is just SOOO nepotistic, all he is interested in is giving his buddies jobs! What’s next? Is he going to hire his sons as co-general managers? I can picture it now! "With the 1st pick in the NFL Draft the Philadelphia Eagles select… China White out of Colombia!"
In conclusion… Andy Reid is fat and he is a terrible coach who wins on dumb luck. Reidtards unite!

Totally. Everyone knows that a good head coach is a comedian first, an entertainer second, and a coach maybe fifth or sixth. Screw winning records, I DEMAND a coach with a sense of humor!
I get the sentiment
It’s sort of the argument I have with my father every year. I don’t mind Andy, I know we haven’t ever won the SB under him, but every year we put out a team that could, this year we had a team that at the start, most thought wouldn’t be very competitive, and despite a bad defense, we still made the playoffs.
My only complaint with Andy is that sometimes the first half game plan just doesn’t work, whatever they scripted just ain’t happening, but he won’t give it up and adapt until the second half. He needs to adapt to the game as it happens not after a whole, sometimes disastrous half has gone by.
Otherwise, a coach that gives us a chance every year? I’ll take it.

I, for one, am extremely serious about this forum, debate the topics with a sense of honor (not humor), make irrefutably wonderful arguments, and abhor the preposterous amount of sarcasm/joking that riddles these articles. No, please, give a serious response, this wasn’t intended for ‘lolkatz’ (Andy Reid isn’t a cat but okay…) and ad hominem. This was intended to satirize the ‘Reidtards’ who think Andy Reid is a bad coach. I’m not really sure how familiar you are with satire but the intent of satire is to use humor, sarcasm and exaggeration to take on something serious (in this case the folly of the Reidtards) and make a point.

Completely skewing what a fan’s priorities should be, I’ll go right out and say that I’d have a tough time trading an entertaining AND winning 11 years for one SB victory. I don’t know what it feels like to be the fan of a SB winner, admittedly, but you’d be hard pressed to find a Giant’s fan happy enough with the 07 SB to overlook the plethora of sub par seasons they’ve had in the last decade.

IDK
The only thing I can relate that to is the Phils. It’s a little bit easier to avoid getting down about your team once it’s been proven that they can win the big one. The only reason I could take the SanFran loss without going completely insane was because we all ready won one.
AR should have to wear a Flava Flav necklace until he learns how to manage a fucking clock.
Fair enough...
…and a good point. But when it comes to Reid, I’ve made HORRENDOUSLY rash demands, asked for his head, and lost a considerable amount of karma by saying things about him that no one should say about anyone, period. And he honestly amazed me this year. Though I’m destined to fall off my promise (like one of my many ill-fated New Years resolutions) I’m doing my best not to bash him as a result.
This Eagles season was one of the most exciting in recent memory, and that’s all despite a first round loss. Yeah, a SB/Championship might help to take the sting off a tough ending, or the derailing of an expected champ (a la Phils), but it doesn’t do much to make an absolutely shitty season more bearable to watch. And under Andy, we’ve had very few of those. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year, and it was in a lot of ways (tested some rookies, found a few punks/players, exposed a fatally flawed defensive, and discovered a franchise QB) . We also happened to make the playoffs while doing it.
....and thats a Jack Fact

Reidtards have a few points
Have a few legit points though about Reid including:
1. Andy Reid the GM has been a mixed bag and that it likely would be beneficial if the Eagles would have had somebody in this roll full-time to let Andy Reid the Coach focus on what he does best.
2. Reid is a mediocre gameday coach who notably struggles some aspects of game management including challenges and use of timeouts.
3. Marty (and Reid before him) do tend to get a bit too pass-happy in certain games where it screams to run the ball more.
4. Reid is a lousy post-game interview who doesn’t give you much insight into what he was thinking or why he made a particular decision. Not much different though than other coaches.
5. Reid has been outmaneuvered/out coached a few times in notable playoff games that really do sting.
I can understand why some of the ‘Reidtards’ have a bone to pick with Reid. You take away that unexpected late playoff run in ‘08 and this hasn’t done much in the postseason since ‘04 including 2 consecutive years of 1 and done in the playoffs. If the Eagles hadn’t had that run in the ‘08 playoffs, I don’t think Reid would be the coach of this team today. It basically saved his job.
by MG77 on Jan 31, 2011 6:14 PM EST reply actions 1 recs
1. Andy Reid is not the GM and he never has been. Ever heard of Howie Roseman? Tom Heckert? Harry Gamble?
2. Overblown. Struggles on gameday, yet somehow he still managed to win more games than any other coach in the NFC in the past decade.
3. The NFL is increasingly becoming a pass happy league, running a balanced offense is outdated and has no link to winning games.
4. This is a terrible reason. Andy Reid is boring at press conferences so you should fire him? Are you retarded? Its not his job to give fans insight and no coach ever does, its his job to win games and he does a fantastic job at that. He is a coach, not an entertainer.
5. And he has also outcoached coaches in the playoffs as well. Give and take, you can’t win them all.

He’s not perfect dude. I like Reid and I do believe he is a great coach. But he does have flaws and he is NOT perfect. MG77 is right for the most part, and so are you (on most of your points in your post). You can BOTH be right you know… its not always that cut & dry…

I know he isn’t perfect, his time management skills are lacking and his in game adjustment skills can be frustrating but we are too harsh. Andy Reid consistently fields a winning team and yet some Eagles fans consider him a bumbling moron, which I would like to point out he isn’t.
Andy Reid is the best coach the Eagles have ever had and he is a top 3 coach since the turn of the century (Him, Bill B. and Dungy) and because of his continued success and impact on the sport (his coaching tree, he was way ahead of the pass happy curve) he is a potential hall of fame coach and we treat him like shit and nit pick every thing he does. He has the 15th highest win percentage, he has the 11th most playoff wins in NFL history, he is one of 11 coaches to win 60% or more of 200+ games in NFL history and he is the 24th winningest coach in NFL history.
Respect the man, he has flaws but he is going no where soon and he is the greatest coach the Eagles have ever had by a HUGE margin.

I get your post dude and like I said, I agree with most if not all of it. But I do also see why some people (whether they are fully Reidtards or not) get frustrated with him. Some people just want change after a while. I am on the Reid side, he is definitely more of an asset than a liability, a lot more…
FLY #7 FLY !!!
I would be fine with a knee jerk reaction after a loss, but some people (Eagladelphia being a perfect example) simply cant appreciate what Ried has done here. Those are the people that I have a problem with because if they do manage to run Ried out of town, then were likely going to fucked for the next decade while we find a replacement, and its going to be all their fault.
by philiafan14364 on Feb 1, 2011 4:01 PM EST up reply actions
People do get frustrated.
That is understandable, but what frustration means is wanting something and not knowing how to get it. Fair enough. What is infantile and deserves to be bitch-slapped and sent to bed is blaming the object of your frustration for you inability to find your own satisfaction. Infants can’t find satisfaction, adults can. Very simple.
A 32 year old infant who whines and bitches and demands a Super Bowl deserves all the pain he can possibly endure.
"What a gorgeous dog. What do you feed him?"

This, while true, is hardly the compliment you may have intended it to be…the Eagles haven’t had a great litany of world-beaters to choose from.

Q: What do a leaky tampon and Sean McDermott's defense have in common?
A: They are equally ineffective in the red zone.
That’s a tough call but he’s close. I would have to see some of the other criteria because that is a pretty lengthy list.
I don’t want Reid fired. I was getting close during the ‘08 season because this looked like a team that was going to miss the playoffs for the 3rd time in 4 years and look old, tired, and didn’t respond to Reid. They then managed to pull out 2 unexpected playoff wins and largely rebuild an aging team on the fly. Reid deserves his share of credit for that. It’s largely why he is still the coach here.
and...
….how many franchises have a litany of world-beaters? Hyperbole much?
....and thats a Jack Fact
Steelers, Packers, Giants, Colts are all I can think of
"What a gorgeous dog. What do you feed him?"
1. Andy Reid has had final say in all player-related matters for quite a while now. You really think that somebody like Roseman’s or Heckert’s input trumps Reid? Nope.
2. Agreed a bit but it is still an issue where a head coach in football does have alot of discretion because it is something he actively controls. It isn’t Justice failing to execute a block. That’s on the player. Would need to go back and look at the numbers but Reid is among the bottom of NFL coaches the last 5 years in winning challenges. He also needlessly burns timeouts time and time again. Reid would get a failing grade in both areas in my book because it is something he controls and flubs it more often than not.
3. Did I say they need something like a “50/50” run/pass ratio over the season or every game? Absolutely not. If you think it is wise to run a more than 3:1 called pass/run ratio in games this year like the Vikings game or the Raiders game the year before, then I am pretty mystified by your defense of Marty’s play-calling.
4. Do I say I wanted to fire Reid? No. He is a lousy press-game interview. Period. He doesn’t answer any questions, provides scripted responses, and is many times condescending to generally after losses even to some valid questions. PR matters especially even a football coach. Some handle it much better than others. Reid is just lousy at it and it is why some of the media guys/fans in this team jump all over him. I am largely indifferent in the matter but it is a complete waste of time as a fan to listen to Reid’s post-game conferences. You learn absolutely nothing.
5. Where was the last time you really think Reid outcoached/outschemed somebody in the playoffs where the Eagles weren’t the clear favorites? I would say the Giants’ game in ‘08 at the Meadowlands was a good example but before that? Maybe the Bears’ game all the way back in NFC Divisional Round? Reid has been found more wanting than not in the playoffs and we aren’t talking just a single or two here. More like 4 or 5.
I would like to point out that issues 1 and 2 are both somewhat of a commenplace around the league. Many coaches have “total control” and all you have to do is look on other SBN blogs to realize that Ried isnt the only one bombing it with TOs/challenges.
As for #4, does it really mater what he says in a post game interview? Its almost a good thing that he doesnt tip his hand.
by philiafan14364 on Feb 1, 2011 4:05 PM EST up reply actions
#4 is all about preference in my mind...
Some people love to see passion out of their coaches and players……some people like the calm, reserved, politically correct approach. We have the latter, half of us just need to deal with it.
FLY #7 FLY !!!
Agreed..
…think of all the times keeping his mouth shut actually helped an ugly situation/controversy/gameplan pan out for the better (benching McNabb, signing Vick, bailing on Kolb to name a few from the last 3 years alone).
When it comes to people complaining about his lack of sharing info, I like to remind them what the sports media in this town (and in plenty of other towns for that matter) is like when it comes to twisting post-game chatter. Less is more is better 9 times out of 10 when talking about strategy/issues in any competition, even more so in Philadelphia.
Let our players be passionate, entertaining, upfront, and emotional. I prefer to have a coach, I.E. the brains of the operation, who is calm, collected, and able to focus on what matters. Post game interviews don’t really mean a blessed thing, after all.
I think that message was a large part of D-Jack’s original post.
....and thats a Jack Fact
1. Andy Reid the GM has been a mixed bag and that it likely would be beneficial if the Eagles would have had somebody in this roll full-time to let Andy Reid the Coach focus on what he does best.
Every Gm has a mixed bag of success/failure in acquiring talent, including Modrak, Heckert, Savage, Roseman and Reid. It is pure conjecture to believe the "beneficial… " part of your statement.
2. Reid is a mediocre gameday coach who notably struggles some aspects of game management including challenges and use of timeouts.
Part of being a “gameday” coach (to me ) is putting together a gameplan. I think Reid is damn good at that.
As an aside, I will love Reid forever for the “pickle juice” game, and all the beatdowns he has put on Division rivals through the years. We may not be world champions, but after the devastation we layed on the Redskins in the first 16 min of the game in Landover this year, the Redskins are not even the champions of they’re own locker-room. The roaches and rats have more to be proud of. Reid drafted DeSean Jackson. DJ returned a punt against the Mighty Super Bowl Winning Giants that will stick like a bone in their fans’ throats forever. I love Reid for that. Go over all the division games the Birds have played under Reid, and if you don’t come away feeling great, then you just don’t love the Eagles.
Reid has always struggled with some aspects of game management, and that sucks. If that was a point that the Reidtards were making, well they were right. My opinion is that he should groom someone to specialize in challenges, just to make sure the winning percentage is high. I have no clue what plan is in place. As far as time outs go, there is probably no hope for improvement. It is an immediate, right now, decision, but I don’t think we have not won a super bowl because Reid mis-used a time out.
3. Marty (and Reid before him) do tend to get a bit too pass-happy in certain games where it screams to run the ball more.
That is not a point, it’s just a matter of taste.
4. Reid is a lousy post-game interview who doesn’t give you much insight into what he was thinking or why he made a particular decision. Not much different though than other coaches.
Post-game interview? Good point? Not much different than other coaches?
If I were you, I would have re-read this "point " and removed it from the post.
5. Reid has been outmaneuvered/out coached a few times in notable playoff games that really do sting.
So the point is that Reid is not a perfect coach, or at minimum not the best coach ever, in any sport? You do realize that every coach has been outmaneuvered/outcoached a few times?
I’m surprised at you for thinking that this is a good point to call for Reid’s firing ( if not crucifixion ).

….AND we have a litany of world-eaters to compare him to.
Seriously. We’ve had quite a few fat head coaches.
....and thats a Jack Fact
That is true.
He is the fattest of a rotund bunch.

A: They are equally ineffective in the red zone.
missed players

Andy Reid did not bring in Chad Lewis or Brian Dawkins, they were Ray Rhodes leftovers.

Imagine spending several years with a gorgeous woman who does all sorts of wonderful things, but just won’t have sex with you.
Now imagine a coach who gives you lots of winning seasons and playoff appearances, but hasn’t delivered a Super Bowl.
At what point do you conclude that shit just ain’t going down and move on.
AR should have to wear a Flava Flav necklace until he learns how to manage a fucking clock.

That's a funny analogy...
… but it doesn’t really line up.
Are the Eagles better off if they fire Reid? Not today, not when the personnel is crafted to his offense, the roster is young and they just went toe-to-toe with the NFC champ. Twice.
Now is not the time for drastic moves. To use your analogy, she’s letting you stay the night, play up in it and taste it, and now you wanna break up and move on?

It does
but after putting it in those terms all the way through and realized it was getting real freaking creepy b/c it was being compared to Reid. I just sort of backed off it, figured I’d only put up the bare bones analogy and cut my losses.
AR should have to wear a Flava Flav necklace until he learns how to manage a fucking clock.
Have you moved on from Keith Byars?
He never brought you a SB.
"What a gorgeous dog. What do you feed him?"
Hmmm
Is that even a relevant question?
AR should have to wear a Flava Flav necklace until he learns how to manage a fucking clock.
Relevant to this.

Yea
still makes no fucking sense. You just trying to boost your comment count?

Be careful what you wish for. You might just get your new coach.

No? someone more recent?
Rod Marinelli
Yea, so all you Ried Bashers can go cry with all the other pussies over at GCobb.
Just curious
Are there many out there who believe that there is no way the Eagles win a Super Bowl if Andy Reid is our coach? For instance, I believe that as long as Al Davis owns the Raiders, there’s no way they are going to win another Super Bowl. But I think Reid has the ability to win us one, and I enjoy that we usually get the opportunity by making playoffs.
nah
I don’t think that having AR prevents us from winning a Super Bowl, but I’d feel a whole lot better about him if he had all ready starred in his first parade.

Eagledelphia
Just out of curiosity, you say you enjoyed the previous eras of Eagles football and dislike the Reid era the most. However, how do you enjoy those eras even though they never won a super bowl either. Its obvious Reid puts together a better and more exciting team for Sundays and yet you enjoy the previous teams who were way worse and still never lived up to your criteria of being a good team.
Me Gusta Los Eagles
Are the Reidtards
The people who like Reid or the people who hate Reid? I’ve seen it used both ways.
Orr… all we all Reidtards in our own way?

I’ll let you read what was written and let you decide which one it is. I think its pretty obvious…

I meant in general
I got who he meant, but I’ve seen it used both ways in other places.
AR should have to wear a Flava Flav necklace until he learns how to manage a fucking clock.
So you ask a question,
someone gives you the correct answer, which you acknowledge that you already knew, and you are still confused?
Try not being confused, maybe that will work.

Hmmm
reading comprehension is a beautiful thing.

yes...
or feeding gorgeous dogs?
See what I did there? I used the info under your name to say something that in no way pertains to what is being discussed.

Save that.
That would be the perfect theme for the parade.
"What a gorgeous dog. What do you feed him?"
I think if Reid ran a running play he would challenge it.
Reid: Challenge
Jeff Triplett: Andy, what in the holy hell are you challenging?
Reid: That was clearly illegal formation or something.
Triplett: You want me to penalize your team? It looked like a standard running play to me.
Reid: Look, I don’t see “running play” in the rulebook.
Triplett: What?
Reid: Challenge!
Triplett: The Eagles have elected to challenge the previous play. The call is confirmed and the Eagles will lose their first team timeout. Please reset the clock to 14:55 in the first quarter.
Me: Well, its good to get those timeouts out of the way early I guess…
For the record, I’m actually a big Reid fan.
Let the beasting begin.

Andy Reid
is “who we thought he was” Think he’ll win a Super Bowl? “Then crown his ass” " I want winners" all Reid does is get us to the “PLAAAAYOFFS! PLAAAAYOFFS!?” We have to get back to the Super Bowl because “You Play to win the game!”
Cowboys suck.

Reid summary
1. Is he the best Eagles’ coach ever?
Yeah. Short list and only other real competition is Vermeil and Neale. Hell during my lifetime, I have seen Ryan (most overrated coach in Eagles’ history), Kotite (a guy who quit on the team during the middle of the year his last season), Rhodes (a loud dumba$$), and Reid.
2. Do fans have some reasons to have legit gripes with him?
Absolutely. No need to rehash but Reid has run the show here in terms of player personnel now for nearly a decade. Its his player personnel and coaching staff. No GM who is imposing things on him. More often that not, Reid has come up a bit short in playoff games and possibly outcoached/outschemed, is below average/poor in an area he directly controls (clock mgt, challenges), and can be difficult for fans to embrace at times because he generally doesn’t give fans any real feedback/insight. Personally, I like Reid but I can see what he would turn some fans off.
3. Does Reid deserved to be fired this offseason?
No. It doesn’t mean that this team has serious merit to consider it during the ‘08 season when this team look old, tired, and non-responsive to Reid down the stretch. Only the unexpected playoff run in ’08 likely saved Reid’s job. If the Eagles did have help, they wouldn’t have made the playoffs for the 3rd time in 4 years. I was ready for a change at that point.
Reid deserves credit for the ‘08 playoff run and largely rebuilding this team on the fly to stay a pretty competitive level. It doesn’t mean though that he should have a blank check for the next 3-4 years though. It has been 2 years of 1-and-done in the playoffs. I would give him 2 more years with Vick and this largely younger offense unit to see what he can do. If they don’t make the playoffs or are done early in the playoffs both years, its time for a change because Reid is not going to get over the top here in Philly.

Buck Shaw coached the NFL championship win over Lombardi.
Not that that fact changes the quality of your post. Rec’d.
He doesn’t get enough credit from anybody. He was here for maybe 3 years and brought us a Title, and handed Lombardi the only post season loss in his awesome career. If it was the Giants, Cowboys or Redskins, we would never hear the end of it, it would be a top 3 all-time team and coach accomplishment.
You have mentioned a few times that Reid’s job was saved by the unexpectedly good run to the NFC Championship game in ’08. Is this merely a gut feeling of yours or is their a factual basis?
"What a gorgeous dog. What do you feed him?"
This was Joe Banner after the NFC Championship game that year:
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Obviously we need to make some changes in what we’re doing."
There were plenty of people that season (including G Cobb and others) that hinted that Eagles were considering making a coaching change especially after that late season loss to the ’Skins that left them needing help to make the playoffs even if they beat the Boys the final week.
I could care less about Reid's weight
The jokes are funny from time-to-time but it is a serious health issue. If he isn’t pre-diabetic already, he likely will be showing signs shortly. He keeps that weight over the next 10 years and guarantee almost he becomes a full-blown diabetic which essentially is a commuted life sentence but you won’t live as a diabetic. Even if you do make it into your 70s, you quality of life will likely be quite impaired.
Absolutely agree
Why do people think if they get rid of Andy Reid, they will automatically win a super bowl?
Also, here is a video of Andy Reid shoulder checking a 49er

I'm a little late to the party
So instead of reading through all 200+ comments, I will just say
Nice post. I completely agree.
Reid has had a very successful HC career
However, we just saw a 6th seed with an injury-depleted roster win it all. Every coach who does win the NFL championship, is a small indictment of Reid. And it will catch up with him eventually, as it does a lot of other coaches.
