End of an Era???

With the Eagles firing Sean McDermott, will this conclude the Jim Johnson era of defense?  Over the past 12 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the Eagles attacking, exotic blitzing, relentless defensive scheme.  Under Jonhson, and even McDermott to an degree, when the defense smelt blood, they went in for the kill.  They forced the "issue."  The defense didn't let the offense dictate the game, but, where do they turn now?

Is there a defensive guy out there that falls under the Jim Johnson "tree," that is still available? I think all the guys who learned under Johnson and run his style of defense are head coaches.

Has anyone seen anything written by Tommy Lawlor about the firing?
