Most of you may not know him very well,but if you do, you know he was a former linebackers coach and DC with the Chicago Bears.When he was linebackers coach,he produced superstars in Lance Briggs and Brian Urlacher,who was once a DPOY.In 2006,the Bears defense was so good,they went to the Super Bowl with Rex Grossman.During his brief period as a DC,the Bears were one of the best defenses in the league.The transition wouldn't be tough,because he carries a 4-3 defense,not a 3-4.
