Eagles Practice Squad: Jeff Owens Is First To Sign

Now that the 53 man roster is set, the Eagles will get to work filling out their practice squad. The news of the first signing was broken by the first man on the squad himself. Jeff Owens tweeted a few minutes ago that he's back.

It’s not like he was that stellar in the preseason anyway, I don’t think he’s as much of a steal as people tend to think.
