Beef
Well, I watched a good portion of the game last night, but I couldn't stomach all of it. When the Eagles offense failed to show up ping pong began to interest me more. Anyways, while the offense looked out of sync and the line was once again (is there a word in the english language that fits just right?) . .. . suckwubbernuggets? My biggest beef isn't with the players, it's with the coach. Why are we running the "Donovan McNabb" offense with Kevin Kolb. Let me define the "Donovan McNabb" offense. Hike, count slowly to seven so the receivers can get far down field, then make a big play happen. McNabb could do that. Kolb? Well, not with this offensive line. So, where's the three step drop and throw? The quick passes? The seven yard completions? All the stuff Kolb is supposed to excel at? I hope they're just saving it for Green Bay. I hope that they just don't want to tip their hand to anyone. I hope (dearly) that we'll see a different offense week 1 through 17 or this is going to be a long season. We have plenty of talent. It's up to the coaches to game plan to that talent.

You have a great point
It could just be Reid does not know how to adapt honestly because I don’t know either.
Man's best freind is not a dog....but an Eagle
Good question
I always have wondered about Andy and Marty’s playcalling. I mean when it works, they look like heros, but when it doesn’t I see most of the players taking the blame. No offense to Kolb, but he is not the running threat that McNabb was and doesn’t have as powerful an arm whether standing in the pocket or on the run. But he is far more accurate with shorter passes, yet I kept seeing every pass being 20 yards down field.
Chicken?

Dave Spadoro aka spin dr
Says they ran their vanilla offense last night. They also did not prepare line calls or study KC’s stunts and blitz schemes. It’s weird how in preseason week 1 our whole first quarter was 3 step drops..slants/crossing patterns etc. Last night we saw almost none all game.

The 610 WIP Morning show calls him Dave “Spindaro”. I really like that nickname.

IS ANDY REID THE WEAKEST LINK?
He will be the weakest link until the day he is FIRED. Good FO man, terrible coach.
Always have been, always will be. Makes the same mistakes over and over. He has never out coached anyone. He’s zero and 101. What’s up with that? (lmao) }:-)
