Shaking my head right now

Although I don't play Fantasy Football anymore, I still like to look at the Sleeper and Busts lists to see if any of our Eagles show up and three of them did on ESPN.

Kevin Kolb, Philadelphia Eagles (Mass)
Not nearly the talent Donovan McNabb was. The Eagles' offense will become a lot more predictable.

I can understand somebody not being sold on Kolb yet since he has only two starts, but after this year people are going realize that it was more Andy Reid then Donovan McNabb who made the Eagles

Can he replicate the big plays from last year with Kevin Kolb? Remember, he had 62 catches in '08, then 63 in his "breakout" '09.

This is where I begin to shake my head a little bit. Does this guy know that the "breakout" season had nothing to do with receptions? It is what he did with those receptions that made his breakout season.

Sure, he came on strong in '09, but Donovan likes throwing to his tight ends. Are we sure that Kevin Kolb does?

Yes Donovan McNabb likes throwing to his Tight Ends. Yes I am sure Kevin Kolb does because I watched his two starts last year. Oh yeah Celek is also Kolb's best friend on the team.

Matthew Berry has also been saying that Shady will be a bust because of the number of touches he got last year inside the 10 yardline. How does he not know Shady will get more touches now that he doesn't dance around as much?

How they could possibly know that Kolb is not nearly as talented as McNabb already is beyond me. It just seems like they are down on the Eagles offense this year. They seem to be the only ones really when it comes to fantasy.

You can be a complete god damn moron and be considered an “expert.”

If you’re going to go out and make these statements at least watch game tape — a significant amount.

Kolb and Jackson hooked up BIG TIME when Kolb started.. So did Kolb and Celek.

McNabb wasn’t even that great last year despite the stats. We played awful teams with weak defenses (remember we didn’t beat anyone who went to the playoffs last year) and his stats were just slightly above average as far as a passing league goes.

Yeah I gave up fantasy football a few years ago because I stopped enjoying watching football, I would get pissed if a individual player wouldn’t do something that was on my team, and I hated it if I had a player on my team that was playing against the Eagles.

I’m not sure it’s possible for the Eagles offense to get more predictable.

That was my thought … if anything it becomes less predictable because we might actually run more to protect Kolb a little early on. I don’t think that’s the case but it’s more probable then becoming more predictable.
