Players I am most interested in seeing vs. Jags

In a series of generally meaningless games, the 1st preseason game is the one where you take almost nothing away from especially on teams that don't have many starting spots battles. Still, there are some things I am interested in seeing especially a few players:

1. McGlynn - He has a real shot to earn the starting job in Week 1 despite what Reid says about Cole being the No. 1. With all of the injuries the Eagles have at C right now, I would imagine he will get alot of PT. Want to see how he handles the C duties - to see how he picks up where players are at (especially the MIK LB), assists LG/RG as necessary, hiking the ball, etc - along how he individually looks in run/pass blocking and ability to get down field.

2. Allen - One of the few defensive starters who should get a fair amount of PT tomorrow night. Canif 't take away that much from tomorrow's game but if he doesn't have a good camp it is hard to believe he will start the season as a fairly effective starter.

3. Graham - Pretty obvious. Another likely starter down the road who will actually see his share of PT tomorrow night. Curious to see how many different types of pass rushing techniques he shows tomorrow night.

4. Fokou - A guy who has his share of fans on this blog. I am not one of them. He was a guy who wasn't strong last year to play the SAM position. Also wasn't instinctive enough to make plays in coverage/running game consistently. Needed to get stronger and raise his game awareness this offseason. Supposedly add the bulk but have to wait and see about the game awareness. For a guy who was being touted this offseason/OTAs as the potential answer at the SAM position, I was a bit surprised he was behind Jordan coming into camp. I don't think Jordan is the answer either at the SAM position over 16 games either. Opening will likely be there if Fokou shows he deserves it.

5 Laws - Said all the right things this offseason, supposedly really got in good shape, and looked good so far in camp. Eagles aren't terribly deep at the DT position. Laws has his last chance to prove he wasn't a complete bust and earn a spot in the rotation at DT. Should get plenty of PT tomorrow.

6. Scott - A guy who already had kind of an uphill climb to make this roster coming into camp as a 3rd RB. Supposedly hasn't played well in camp so far and for a guy who can't catch passes/limited special teams contributions that isn't a good thing. With the injuries at the RB position right now, he will probably get 8-10 carries tomorrow with a chance to show that possibly belongs on this roster.

7. Vick - Curious to see how 'Vick the QB' actually looks with some real PT tomorrow. Curious to see just how much time he gets and how he looks playing in a real-game situation. My bet is that he doesn't get as much PT as people think. Instead Kafka will play more than people think with Vick playing little more than a quarter.
