Eagles and Brandon Graham Agree To Five Year Deal

PrintGeoff Mosher hinted that a deal was close and now Adam Schefter has confirmed it... The Eagles have signed their first round pick Brandon Graham to a five year deal. The 13th overall pick will be in camp tomorrow.
That means all Eagles picks are signed, all veterans are present and accounted for, and Graham will be ready to go when the full camp with veterans kicks off tomorrow morning.
So far, so good with Eagles training camp 2010.

“It feels good. Because I really wanted to get to training camp and Coach Reid really wanted me to get to camp and now it’s time to show them why they picked me. I have a lot of work to do, but I’m ready to go.”

Only missed 3 days of rookie days, and will be with the vets the whole time. One of the fastest 1st round signings the eagles had in a while.

Really?
I don’t remember many of their key guys being in on time, but I don’t remember them being out more than a few days either. Sometime during the first week is pretty typical.
Then again, some years recently we didn’t even have a first-rounder to sign.
As someone wrote at the beginning of this thing, you start to worry when the vets show up and your guy isn’t there. Once I saw Trent Williams was signed, I felt pretty good Graham’s would get done.

Terrible news.
Last year Maclin held out for a while and then he had a great season. I was really hoping Graham would hold out even longer, cause who knows what he could do then? 1st year all pro if he waited to sign for another two months

Kevin Kolb will go to the probowl and complete >65% of passes.
Jeremy Maclyn will have more receptions than Miles Austin & Steve Smith
Graham will have the starting LDE spot tied up by week 5, win ROTY, and have >10 Sacks
11-5 finish.
