Eagles to wear Kelly green jerseys opening day

via philadelphiaeagles.com

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Eagles last championship, the Eagles will once again wear the Kelly green. They'll be donning the throwbacks against the Green Bay Packers on opening day, a game which will also feature a half time tribute to the championship team and it's surviving members.

Stewart Bradley, DeSean Jackson, & Brent Celek were on hand with hall of famers Tommy MacDonald, Pete Retzlaf, & Chuck Bednarik. The announcement took place at Franklin Field, which was the Eagles' home when they beat the Packers for the 1960 championship.

Brent Celek posted a pic of himself in the new jersey on his facebook page.
