That was quick. The Seahawks just released LenDale White saying he was "not ready to be a member of the Seattle Seahawks."

I've said it before, I'll say it again... Lendale White sucks. His lack of production has nothing to do with playing behind CJ and everything to do with him sucking. Now somebody order that guy a bigmac.

Facing a 4-game suspension is one thing.
Maybe Carroll was making an example of him too. Obviously he believed in him and was let down … explains why Tenn. was ready to let him go for so cheap.
We’ll see if it’s a wake-up call for him or not.

They gave up a 4th and a 6th but they got back… any guesses… last call… that’s right a 4th and a 6th.
They moved back 7 spots in the 4th and 9 spots in the 6th. I think they may have even got a practice squad DT as well.
