Printlook i have seen all this crap on this blog about how maclyn is this awesomme wr who is gonna hlep our O a ton this season and its just frikin stupid cause he sux and cant play football at all. And if ne of u knew about football u would kno that.
its just hype and Maclyn stinks.
there are sooo many reasons y he sux and 4 some reason none of u are seein it well im gonna show u all y he sux so bad.
so number 1 he is slow. like super slow. he def the slowest wr on our team and probs the slowest in the nfc east. we need sped on the field and he doesn have enuough to ever get open for the deep ball. all u need 2 do is watch him compared 2 DJack and you will see hes wayyyyy to slow to be a good wr in the nfl which is different from col;lege.
number 2 he cant catch his hands suck. he didnt make a single tuff catch last season everything went rite 2 him. every single catch was super easy n he never eveer did nething with the ball after the catch not even once. 2 be a good wr you need too have good hands and maclyns hands are sucky.
number 3 hes way 2 small just like djax but hes not fast. hes like 5 foot 8 or somethin and thats to small n its y he can never beat a db off the line. also he looks like he never works out he has no mussle n he never trys to get better or lift cause hes really arogant. i mean he held out and rookies never ever do that they shuld understand there team needs them and get to camp but evrybody knos maclyn doesnt care about the eagels at all even tho we took him in the 1st rnd.
and last number 4 he takes a spot away from other good wrs we have like basket. basket needs to be startin with djax to give us height n neway basket is way way faster than maclyn n has better hands. y reid doesn see it i dont kno but we should have basket startin with djax to give us a better wr setup.
so thats y maclyn is no good. we need basket to start w/djax n we can be way better. maclyn was a waste pick n we need to move on.

from combine numbers desean ran the 40 in 4.35 while maclin, at 30 lbs heavier and 3 inches taller (both official measurements) ran a 4.45… so theres not much difference
and just to put it in perspective Dez Bryant, the top reciever in this draft ran his 40 4.54 so maclins time is pretty good

1. I saw several instances last year where Jeremy made down field blocks for DeSean that required him to be nearly as fast as DeSean. I believe that he has adequate (at least) speed.
2. Please post verifiable statistics backing this up. Otherwise it is just opinion.
3. If by “too small” you mean shorter than Hank, you are correct. Exactly how tall do you want him to be?
4. Hank has had several chances to break into the starting lineup over the years, and never has been able to. Why should he start now?

Jeremy Maclin isn’t slow, he ran a 4.4 at the combine, was one of the most explosive players in college and last season he had 11 catches over 20 yards and 3 over 50 and if you bring in his playoff game he had 13 catches over 20 yards and 4 over 50 yards and he only played in 14 games total!
He has terrible hands? You must not have watched him, remember the Broncos catch? How about the Giants TD catch? He has good hands.
He is small like DeSean? Sure only he is 6’ tall, 200 pounds and he actually has strong arms. And he is arrogant? Hardly, he is quite humble especially in comparison to DeSean. And rookies never hold out? That simply isn’t true.

The only knock I ever had on Maclin i that he doesnt run great routs, and that was only because of his system in college. If you look throughout the season, he got a lot better by the end. I think Maclin is gonna be better then Jackson in terms of overall talent, meaning he will probably catch more passes and td’s. The two are perfect compliments to each other. Seriously, I dont get how your basing the guy.

so number 1 he is slow. like super slow. he def the slowest wr on our team and probs the slowest in the nfc east. we need sped on the field and he doesn have enuough to ever get open for the deep ball. all u need 2 do is watch him compared 2 DJack and you will see hes wayyyyy to slow to be a good wr in the nfl which is different from col;lege.
Maclin runs a 4.4. That’s .01 slower than Desean Jackson. Maclin’s most likely the 2nd or third fastest in the NFC east, maybe even the NFL period.. Also it’s not like he made an instant impact last season.. BTW he’s the 2nd fastest WR we have, Baskett’s slow, Cooper runs a 4.5 and that Air Force guy’s just an athlete he’s not super fast either.
number 2 he cant catch his hands suck. he didnt make a single tuff catch last season everything went rite 2 him. every single catch was super easy n he never eveer did nething with the ball after the catch not even once. 2 be a good wr you need too have good hands and maclyns hands are sucky.
Bullshit he had more receptions than Desean.. and from what I’ve seen only had 3 drops, that’s actually pretty good you dumbass… Maclin actually got alot of tough catches on slants and on more than one occasion he busted for a big play, see the Cowboys game with that giant ass run where he outran the entire Defense to the goal line..
number 3 hes way 2 small just like djax but hes not fast. hes like 5 foot 8 or somethin and thats to small n its y he can never beat a db off the line. also he looks like he never works out he has no mussle n he never trys to get better or lift cause hes really arogant. i mean he held out and rookies never ever do that they shuld understand there team needs them and get to camp but evrybody knos maclyn doesnt care about the eagels at all even tho we took him in the 1st rnd.
He’s not like 5 foot 8in, he’s actually 6 foot 1, and he’s like 200lbs of muscle.. And I saw Maclin manhandling DB’s on occasion last year, and well he beat alot of people off the line, see the bucs game please.. Maclins fucking riped bud, he works out and you can tell please quit coming up with shit… Maclin is exactly the opposite of arrogant bud, he’s a team player and hasnt thrown a fit yet, infact he’s the most humble WR we have… I want to see a fact that he doesnt care about the Eagles, he was in the NovaCare complex 2 weeks after the offseason begun for us getting stronger.

Every once in a while someone slips through the cracks and it looks like when brains were given out CNCITINFO wasn’t on the list. For him to say that Maclin is slow tell me he’s probably been left at the gate most of his life. Maclin has shown plenty of speed and sure hands. Height doesn’t always make a good receiver nor does speed. I’m glad that Maclin is an Eagle and I’m sure he’ll have a very productive year.

ok so I read (skimed) the post and was laughing pretty good.
I skipped the comments because I’m sure I know what they say. I will just add my 2 cents and leave it at that.
so number 1 he is slow. like super slow. he def the slowest wr on our team and probs the slowest in the nfc east. we need sped on the field and he doesn have enuough to ever get open for the deep ball. all u need 2 do is watch him compared 2 DJack and you will see hes wayyyyy to slow to be a good wr in the nfl which is different from col;lege.

number 2 he cant catch his hands suck. he didnt make a single tuff catch last season everything went rite 2 him. every single catch was super easy n he never eveer did nething with the ball after the catch not even once. 2 be a good wr you need too have good hands and maclyns hands are sucky.

number 3 hes way 2 small just like djax but hes not fast. hes like 5 foot 8 or somethin and thats to small n its y he can never beat a db off the line. also he looks like he never works out he has no mussle n he never trys to get better or lift cause hes really arogant. i mean he held out and rookies never ever do that they shuld understand there team needs them and get to camp but evrybody knos maclyn doesnt care about the eagels at all even tho we took him in the 1st rnd.

and last number 4 he takes a spot away from other good wrs we have like basket. basket needs to be startin with djax to give us height n neway basket is way way faster than maclyn n has better hands. y reid doesn see it i dont kno but we should have basket startin with djax to give us a better wr setup
LOL Baskett … ROFLMFAO you’ve got to be shitting me. At least say he’s taking time away from Avant or someone relevant. Hank Baskett had 4 receptions with arguably the best QB in the NFL last year. He couldn’t beat out 2nd year Garcon or rookie Collie for some PT … I’ll be amazed if Baskett makes the team this year.

Why Jeremy Maclin is the Greatest Wide Reciever of All time
1. He so fast he burns the turf. i mean, he must run like a 3.8 or some thing like that.
2. He’s like 8 feet tall. He can seagulls out of the air. Even Jamarcus Russel could throw to Maclin.
3. He’s got hands like a Greek God. Jutting out of the heavens and reaching out like God reaching out to Adam o n the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
