It seems that every offensive player on the Eagles are excited to play with Kolb. The list includes young and explosive players such as Brent Celek, Jeremy Maclin, and DeSean Jackson.

Brent has this to say about Kevin: "I think Kevin can be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. I've always said that."  "As a team I think we are all excited to play with him". Celek then goes on to say that Kevin puts in hard work and that is what it takes to be successful in the NFL.

DeSean Jackson: "Its the new Era for the Eagles, We call it the young guns."

Jeremy Maclin: I'm excited man," Maclin said about the future. "Kevin (Kolb)'s shown flashes of what he can do and he's obviously a great quarterback and I'm looking forward to kind of getting out there and working with him a little more and hopefully we can spread the ball around a little bit.

Todd Herremans: "I like Kevin," Herremans said. "I think having him come in as the quarterback will be a little refreshing. It will be something new. We obviously have a very young team now. The leadership on our team is young as well. I don't see that as a bad thing. I think that's a really good thing. I'm just happy for Kevin that he got his opportunity.

Make no mistake about it, everyone on the Eagles has Kevin's back, and firmly support him. They think he is the man for the job, and that he is ready. His teammates show a lot of confidence in him. One thing that the teammates have mentioned about Kolb is that he has always worked hard, and they he has been ready. 

Kevin seems to be also really confident about being handed the starting job.                                                                Kevin had this to say: "I didn't even blink when Andy told me. I really didn't," said Kolb. "I'm excited about it. I'm sure it will have a little drama, but it will be a fun ride. I truly have that outlook on it. I think this team will surprise some people." 

I am excited to see Kevin play, I have a feeling this kid will be dynamic, everything is much easier if you have the support of your peers. If Kevin is lacking one thing, it certainly is not support or encouragement from his fellow teammates.

Kevin,us Eagles fans have your back. Do what you have to do, and lead us to the promised land, with of course the victory that sadly, Donovan couldn't get us. It's your time to shine.
