The Linc - LeSean McCoy bulks up
Ranking the decision makers: Who is best at the NFL draft? - USATODAY.com
Andy Reid is ranked as the 7th best drafter in the NFL.
Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy hitting his physical pace | - lehighvalleylive.com
"Coming from college and (playing right away) I didn't have a full year to bulk up," said McCoy after the first session of the Eagles' minicamp today at the NovaCare Center. "I did a little extra lifting this offseason. I want to lower my body fat and make my muscle more solid."
Chris Johnson and the 30-percent rule | National Football Post
Veteran players with high salaries are being shed; restricted free agency saw one player (Mike Bell) change teams, and benefits to players that totaled roughly $10 million per team last year have been cut. Now, another unfortunate side effect of the uncapped year is rearing its head on some of the league’s top young players.
Source: The Chicago Bears have talked with guards Shawn Andrews and Jamar Nesbit - ESPN Chicago
According to league sources, the Bears have had discussions with former Saints guard Jamar Nesbit, in addition to contacting representatives for former Eagles guard Shawn Andrews to get a timetable on his status. Andrews underwent back surgeries in 2008 (microdiscectomy to repair the L4-5 disc) and 2009 (to repair the L5-S1) and is just beginning to incorporate running into workouts.

Eagles Giving Draft Pick Sapp a Look at Linebacker
"I played defensive end in college. Right now in this minicamp, I’m playing SAM," Sapp said on Thursday as the rookies checked in, were fitted for equipment and ate together on an introductory afternoon. "So just seeing coverages and making different checks, that’s different for me. I’m excited about it. I’m just going to read the playbook all night and get ready for tomorrow."
Teammate's take on Nate Allen | Philly | 04/29/2010
I talked to South Florida wide receiver Carlton Mitchell yesterday for the final installment in our Draft Diary series, which will be posted later this week. But I made sure to ask Mitchell about his former teammate, Eagles second-round pick Nate Allen.
Miami Dolphins In Depth
It's been a long offseason for the Dolphins, one filled with more perceived flubs and miscues than last year's four-turnover afternoon at Buffalo.

-physicality
-blue collar
-tough
-hustle
-consistency
and of course
-hates the cowboys
….maybe a bit premature, but after this season i think its possible that celek not only becomes my favorite eagle TE of all time, but chad lewis and keith jackson may have to move down the all time eagle’s TE power rankings

Will people STOP bitching about getting ANOTHER RB now?
McCoy was a young guy who showed some good promise. Sure he needs to polish some things in his game, but he was only 21 years old. Now he’s going to be bigger (should ease JIBTA a bit) and hopefully he learns how to block better and be more patient and hit the holes better… Weaver is going to go a good job running the ball and I bet Bell will get a few touches here and there too. That DOESN’T leave room for all these RBs all the kids want.

Wasn't people
just JIBTA?
Most people seemed pretty happy with McCoy, Bell and whoever wins out of Buckley and Scott. As long as Weaver is still their fullback :)

I believe JIBTA was an old war ship used during the civil war.

Ill give you a hint, JIBTA is a person who posts on here pretty regularly, now its up to you to figure out who the person is.

Here's a get-to-know JIBTA ...
… and his ridiculous style primer.
If you have a problem with ellipses, disjointed thoughts and strong opinions, he’s not for you.

Hes a six rounder who's never stepped foot in the NFL
He could be the next AP for all we know, but let’s quit day dreaming and realize at the moment he has a LONG way to go to leap frog McCoy and Weaver

wow
I know McNabb is no longer an eagle, but in that ranking the people who draft shouldn’t mcnabb be ranked as andy reid’s best pick not brian westbrook? I loved westy, but come one.
Westbrook was a third-rounder
out of a I-AA and McNabb was No. 2 overall, i.e. he was supposed to be this good. I’d bet that’s the rationale.
Still waiting for the Eagles to Bring It Home For Jerome
If Westy had a longer career and stayed durable
I would say he’s more valuble than McNabb. Everyone wants to give credit for McNabb for not having a top 5 WR outside of w2004. But in 06 and 07 and various parts of other years no one gave a shit about McNabb or the WR Corps. it was all eyes on 36; where is he lining up and where is he going.
E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!
I know this isn't about any of the topics above.
But, my high school graduation is coming up. For attire, it’s basic: white collared shirt, black/brown shoes, and a dark tie. I was wondering if anyone on here can direct me towards the best place to get an official Eagles tie, I gotta represent here in Tennessee!

I'm already risking enough
by using an Eagles tie. Trust me, if I could, I’d get a midnight green/silver button up. Thanks though! It’s not like they’ll say “You can’t walk the line because you have a dark tie like we say, with an Eagles pattern on it.”

Casual fans will always be interested in the biggest established name associated with whose available. Same thing when we were still dealing mc, and the raiders were “interested”. People wouldn’t stop it with NA, despite his contract making it an impossibility.
I guess its madden.
