Rocca Signed To One-Year Contract
With the NFL Draft just hours away, the Eagles announced that Sav Rocca has signed his one-year restricted free agent tender. All of the Eagles restricted free agents are now under contract.

People, Rocca’s tender contract is not guaranteed. He can be easily cut if we draft a punter.

Aren't these contracts not guaranteed?
So if they draft Zoltan, and he beats Rocca out, then we can just cut Rocca with no penalty right?
This gives us added ammunition to move up into the top 10.
