In what is sure to be the most ironic story to grace BGN on this 420 day, the marijuana possession charges against Philaelphia Eagles DE Juqua Parker have been dropped.

Prosecutors in eastern Pennsylvania have dropped a marijuana possession charge filed against Eagles defensive end Juqua Parker last summer, according to an Associated Press report.

Northampton County prosecutors last month dropped the misdemeanor count, saying there were problems with the Aug. 5 police search that led to Parker’s arrest. The arrest occured while the Eagles were in Bethlehem for training camp.
