I dont see it happening, i think their just sending a message to him saying, “Hey, its not ok to rape women in club bathrooms, OK?”

club?
One thing that I’ve been trying to get my head around on this is – what constitutes a “club” in Milledgeville, Georgia? How many VIPs frequent the Capital Club to there justify them having a separate VIP room? I know that all of this is beside the point (and that it’s probably offensive for me to be thinking about it given the seriousness of Ben’s alleged offense), but what must the club scene be like in Milledgeville (population 18,000)? I don’t get it.

Rape? I doubt he raped her. Maybe she wanted him to use a condom and he
wouldn’t. But I think she was willing. Oh yeah!

very offensive
The evidence might not merit “beyond a reasonable doubt” certitude, but it sounds like what went down was pretty bad. Maybe we don’t send Big Ben to prison, but let’s not make harsh judgments on this woman (whatever her mistakes).

I didn't mean to offend you. The events preceeding the activity by the admission
of the young woman say she was conflicted. I guess the DA was offensive to you too.
