The Steelers receive the 151st overall pick in this month's draft, and the Jets receive Holmes, who has one year left on his contract.

Could turn out to be a very good deal for the Jets.

but still worth a ton more than a 5th in my mind.

I guess this shows we got really good value for Sheldon, Gocong, and McNabb

I would probably trade for Holmes before any of those guys at this point in their careers.
