Kevin Curtis salary

3/15/2007: Signed a six-year, $32 million contract. The deal contains $9.5 million guaranteed, including a $2.5 million signing bonus and a $1.5 million roster bonus in the second year. Roughly $3 million is available in likely-to-be-earned incentives based on receptions. The contract contains an annual Pro Bowl escalator of $200,000. 2009: $1.9 million, 2010: $3.4 million (+ $1 million roster bonus due in 6/1), 2011: $4 million, 2012: $6 million, 2013: Free Agent. so if im the only one who sees something wrong with this or what, i love Kc, even have his jersey. maybe hes willing to take a paycut to stay around, but come on???? this info was taken from rotoworld.com/contracts.

Who won’t be getting a 3.4 million dollar salary from the eagles this year (or a 1 million dollar roster bonus on June 1)?

Answer: Kevin Curtis

Ahh, you see, I've tried something like this before...

If he kept playing like he did in 2007, he’d still be here. That’s just not how it went down though.

conversely

if he played like he has the past 2 years back in ‘06, then he never would have had this crazy contract. Or, if he played every game like he did against the Lions, he’d be making more than Eli Manning. To summarize, if “ifs” and “buts” were candy and nuts, we’d all. . . blah blah blah

If he played special teams then I could see us keeping him but he doesn’t so he will be gone
