I am not sure about the differences in time of injury- but having sustained the injury myself i know there are important variables that impact the time it takes to get to the more advanced stages of recovery.
1 weight - ligaments do not get stronger or weaker (without structural damage) the time you need to stay off of it is for the bone graft to adhere to your bodies bone. If you weigh significantly more- you have to be more carful because the weight on the bone is more substantial. Now the extent of the difference- i do not know i just know it IS a factor.
2 - The ACL anchors your knee for lateral movement generally you must wait at least 6 months before doing ANY lateral movement and it really should be longer. That is a big part of what offensive lineman do and they weigh a low. This is just speculation but I would assume it could be some sort of factor.
Finally stacey andrews has at least SOME of the same DNA as sean andrews. Therefore he is more prone to have a longer recovery period - usually about 50 years. This is a FACT Stacey vs Kapman
