Has anyone stopped to think about the kind of names that are available in free agency this year? LaDainian Tomlinson, Brian Westbrook, Terrell Owens, Edgerrin James, Darren Sharper, Julius Peppers, Kevin Mawae, even a guy like Jeremiah Trotter. Plus, as far as I know guys like Derrick Brooks, Marvin Harrison, & Chris Chris McAlister are still looking for jobs. If this was three years ago? Wow.
But it isn't and the fact is that other than Peppers none of those guys will be particularly sought after. But hey, that's the NFL...
Free agency begins tonight at midnight and of course I'll be here with every report and rumor I see. For fun, does anyone have any predictions?

Some more tenders
Reportedly Omar Gaither & Ellis Hobbs were tendered at the lowest level which means the compensation would be a pick in the round they were originally drafted. That’s the 5th for Gaither and 3rd for Hobbs. Max Jean got the same tender(4th round for him).
Prediction: Peppers will miracuously have a new deal within 20 minutes of the start of free agency. Not naming the team….just predicting the amazingly short amount of time it will take for them to hammer out a contract.
How long have Weaver and The Eagles been sitting down now trying to figure out his deal?
