With free agency looming, we have a # of birds set to become RFA and if not tendered, to free hit the market tomorrow.

My concerns lie in the following

Leonard Weaver (RFA)  Rumor mill has a new contract that should be done hopefully before the deadline

Jason Avant (RFA)  We can not let this guy. Needs a new contract or to be Tendered

Nick Cole (RFA)  With Jamaal Jackson a big question mark as well as the Andrew Towers also in quesiton, letting Nick Cole go without a tender would be foolish.

I know we have some more guys with FA looming including (Omar Gaither) but these are the few guys I am very concerned about.

Thoughts?  Any other word on the street?
