OK here's an article by Michael Silver that I would deem a must-read for all interested Eagle's fans.
In it he describes Roseman as overly ambitiious and crass, trying to swindle other teams in dealings for both McNabb and Brown in true business-man fashion. Apparently he is eager to make a name for himself and is trying to swing a heavily uneven trade to glorify himself as a great GM.
First let me say that I have no idea whether this is accurate, but Silver quotes a few sources. Second let me say that this doesn't seem far-fetched as many have painted banner-lurie-roseman as a smug, arrogant leadership who are overly impressed with their own accomplishments.
The article lays the blame for our current McNabb situation on Roseman's head, mostly because he had a rediculous asking price and other teams now see him as a devout swindler.
I just thought I'd make a thread because I want to hear other people's thoughts on this article.
