Mike Bell stopping in for a friendly visit
Saints restricted free-agent RB Mike Bell scheduled to visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday.
If Eagles sign Bell, Saints would have seven days to match. Saints would not get compensation in return if they decline to match.
