Eagles are rumored to be eyeing Restriced Free Agents

I read on the Eagles web site that there are rumors we are testing the Restricted free agent market. If you dont know, restricted free agents come with the price of a new contract plus giving up the "tendered" draft picks which are negotiable. They say we have interest in Minnesota Vikings Defensive End, Ray Edwards. He put up good numbers last year,but its a little tough to ignore how much of an impact playing on a defensive line with Jared Allen, and the Williams brothers could have made. Here is a list of restricted free agents.
