Sup guys, im really sick of JIBTA's hate towards EVERY Eagle player available to be hated on, he has no loyalty towards his team, no respect. The only thing i ever see him write is "this guy sucks", "hes better then mccoy", "hes better then our guy", you get the picture, so ive decided to make this post and write down(with your help BGN) all the players on our beloved Birds that JIBTA has bashed, by the time the list is finished we can all see that this guy is NOT an Eagle fan because our whole roster will be on the list. So im going to start it off and update the list, with suggestions, and more names from you guys. Lets see how long the list can get.

i don't think it's so much that he hates these players
i think it’s more that he doesn’t agree with the hype around them. and in some cases i agree.

Herremans – Glorified back up .. came in for peters and got ass raped at tackle .. Peters had to be rushed back into game .. hes serviceable .. not garbage .. basically hes nick cole but you guys make him out to be an all pro
Celek- Chad lewis JR .. decent hands and route running .. isnt a game breaker like gates or davis .. over rated by eagles fans but a over all solid TE .. horrible blocker .. should be paired with someone who can block and has more atheticism like a ben watson .. a good player to have tho

Who else here thinks Ben Watson rates above Celek? Celek, in my opinion, is the 5th best overall TE in the league behind Gates, Gonzalez, D. Clark, and Cooley. And he’s pretty close to Cooley.

Ingram isn’t a blocking TE… Celek has more blocking experience.
Celek is good, calling him Chad Lewis JR is compliment. He may be overrated by eagle fans, but he’s extremely underrated among everyone else. 5th best behind Gates & Gonzo and a few other aging TEs means he’ll continue to go up as those players are getting older and slower.

I thought about it, but I think he’s declining whereas Celek is coming into his own. Witten was off his game last year, or Romo didn’t like him as much. I know a lot of people will disagree with this, but I’d rather have Celek than Witten any day of the week. And Celek’s a better blocker.

You just shoot your credibility with that statement. Witten was the #1 run blocker last year, Celek #55. I’m happy Celek has improved, but stay on planet earth.

Those are his numbers for the last three years. Sure his TDs are down but he was still solid as a rock last year. Now with that said, I would take Celek over Witten due to his age and potential for growth.

I wouldn’t even want to try to think of all the crap he’s written over the past year because no one is safe. “This guy sucks…LOL… that guy is better…your and idiot.” The one that really pissed me off is when he said Dan Klecko was a loser.
I’ve haven’t seen a guy with so much guts do so much with so little in years as Dan Klecko. He’d do anything for the team. The man put his heart and soul into every second of every down. In the end, the guy didn’t make the team because the coaches thought there were guys who would fit better but how can a guy diss that kind of effort?

btw i think bunkley is great .. desean is great all around .. very good wr .. add in his return skills and hes great .. maclin will be very good .. possibly great .. never as good as calvin johnson or andre johnson .. but his last name isnt johnson so he is at a disadvantage .. sheldon is very good .. asante is decent .. would be good if he had a smaller contract .. mcnabb is good .. kevin kolb will be very good
So he thinks a total of 7 of our players are decent or better. They will never be as good as the gods that other teams are blessed with, but they don’t suck. Owens was already a seasoned veteran and was considered a top 5 WR in the league for years prior to his trade to the Eagles. Jackson had a very solid rookie season and this year exploded into the position of being a top WR in the NFL. Owens posted a statline of 77 receptions for 1,200 yards and 14 touchdowns in the 14 games he started and played in 2004, prior to his injury against the Cowboys. That was Owen’s 9th season in the league. Jackson, in just his second season, posted 62 receptions for 1,156 yards and 9 touchdowns. However, that statline does not include his 11 rushing attempts for 137 yards and 1 touchdown, nor does it include his punt return yards or 2 punt return touchdowns. Something else that must be pointed out is that Owens averaged 15.6 yards per reception , while Jackson averaged an amazing 18.6 yards per reception. Owens’ year pales in comparison to Jackson’s, especially when you factor in the fact that Jackson tied an NFL record for 50+ yard touchdowns in a season… in only his second year in the league. Jackson could be considered more dangerous than Owens ever was, already.

Second of all, it’s more than noticably better. Reggie never slacked off or went away in a game. He was always around. And guess what, I didn’t even see him during the prime of his career and he was still the best I’d ever seen. Saying that Peppers is the best since Reggie is still insulting White. Dwight Freeney has been very good. Sure he doesn’t have the same potential that Peppers has, but he still has produced with less. He’s not as big, he might not be as fast even, yet every year he gets to the QB.

Is to just ignore the guy. People who come onto these sites to be assholes and stir up the pot (in a destructive sense) only do it to try to get a negative responce out of us. So in a way, this post is only giving him what he wants. The best thing to do when this guy makes a post is to not respond to it in any way and just resume the discussion as though it was never made.

I can’t speak for others, but I don’t really dislike JIBTA, I just like to give him a hard time. I think some of his opinions are stupid, and therefore I feel the need to educate him. I think we need a JIBTA on this site, we need some controversy, especially in the offseason. If he would just look past the stats a little more and watch how players impact the game I would love to read his comments, but for now I will laugh at them. Not because I think JIBTA’s a tool, but rather because its fun.
