Ok, so here's a wildcard for ya...

Yes I know this guys is a RFA with an uncapped year but in this instance I am going to assume that they actually get it done and 2010-2011 will in fact be a capped year... So here we go.

Ronnie Brown is a versitile Running Back who can lose defenders in the open field and run people over in traffic. He's the entire package, he can run, catch and even block. I know you all think I'm crazy but he's also the best WC QB in the NFL.

Now I know our chances aren't big at all(I put them at slightly over 5%) but with him having 2 injuries to the same knee and with Ricky William's being a viable threat they may be willing to let him go and draft a young RB to learn behind Ricky. Also if there were to be a capped year next year he'd be an UFA and would most likely want to test the waters and he could be a great fit here and I see him as a guy Andy would love to bring in to help out.

I am also not saying we give up on McCoy, this would just give him the opportunity to learn behind another great RB. He could learn alot from Ronnie and it would only benefit our future. If Brown would accept a 2-3 year deal all front loaded I bet he'd come here in a heartbeat. But hey tell me what you think, I know its like a shot in the dark but I figured it'd make a great conversation.
